Established in 2012, Cavallo Farms is proudly owned and operated by brothers Vince and Dominic - third generation table grape farmers located in the heart of Victoria's food bowl in Red Cliffs.
Following in the footsteps of our family before us, we're passionate about growing grapes that not only look good but taste exceptional. From vineyard management to harvesting at the perfect moment, every bunch reflects our dedication to quality and freshness.
Today, we grow across 30 hectares, focusing on premium Sun World® varieties. Our current plantings include AUTUMNCRISP®, ADORA SEEDLESS®, RUBY RUSH®, and — coming soon — MIDNIGHT BEAUTY®. Each variety is carefully selected for its flavour, appearance, and eating experience, ensuring every bunch meets our high standards.
